These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale and use of high-resolution images (“Products”) provided by Ms. Tiff (ViruPrint OÜ). 

By purchasing our Products, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms.

2. Payment

2.1. All purchases must be paid in full before the Products are delivered.

2.2. We issue invoices to both businesses and individuals. Customers must provide accurate billing details at the time of purchase.

3. Licensing and Usage

3.1. Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased images for commercial or personal purposes.

3.2. Reselling, redistributing, or modifying the images for resale without prior agreement is strictly prohibited.

3.3. The Company retains all copyright and intellectual property rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Delivery

4.1. Products are delivered digitally in the specified format after payment confirmation.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1. Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are accepted once a file has been delivered.

5.2. If there is an issue with the file (e.g., corruption or incorrect resolution), we will provide a replacement.

6. Liability

6.1. The Company is not responsible for any printing errors, color mismatches, or other issues arising from the Customer’s production process.

6.2. The Customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring the images meet their requirements before purchase.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
